TheePumpkin Carving Party and Ribbon Cutting was a Spine-Chilling Night of Fun
Friday October 14th, 2016 was TheeDigital’s night of thrills and chills with our annual Pumpkin Carving Party, along with a ribbon cutting on the new offices, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the huge turnout. The event was held at our new offices in north Raleigh, and was attended by our family, friends, clients, and even the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce! Every one of us had an amazing time, from the pumpkin carving contest to the food and the fire dancing. The TheeDigital team got into the spirit of the day by coming to work in their costumes: a scarecrow, an inmate (with a TheeDigital tattoo), a black-eyed pea, Cookie Monster, and even Joey Ramone showed up to celebrate.
TheeDesigners pitched in to make sure that the TheePumpkin Carving Party was going to be a great event – toting pumpkins, hanging cobwebs, and setting up tables for the pumpkin carving contest.
Finally, our team gathered together for an epic photo showcasing everyone’s fantastic costumes – way to get with the Halloween spirit!
Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting
The Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce kicked off the party on Friday with a ribbon cutting in celebration and dedication of TheeDigital’s new location here on Strickland Road. After the ribbon cutting, everyone headed inside for an open house of the new office.Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting
The Carving Begins
Partiers starting arriving in droves (and in costume!) to celebrate and carve their pumpkins. But that wasn’t the only entertainment for the evening: Spirited games of corn-hole struck up, with TheeDigital’s own Derek Noble turning out to be a ringer!
One of the biggest hits was the video game truck, which became popular with all kids
Adding even more fun to the festivities was Priscilla, a flame and hoop dancer, who performed an exciting dance for onlookers at the party.
Party goers got into the carving with gusto, producing many stunning designs and faces.
Both the costume contests and the pumpkin carving contests were a huge success thanks to everyone who showed up and had fun! Congratulations to everyone who came out to compete, to everyone who won, or to those who simply enjoyed yourselves – we enjoyed planning the party! TheeDigital is so excited about how this year went, we can’t wait for next year!
