With more than 50 years of experience selling tires nationally, they’ve built the largest network within the OTR tire market and can procure the rarest tires in the world at discounted prices, and their experience with international business coupled with logistics has created a unique service for their customers.
Before the redesign, OTR Tires had an existing WooCommerce website using WordPress, but the site needed an update. The old website (shown at left) needed a visual upgrade that would position OTR Tires to better compete on a national stage. The new website also includes a SimpleTire API so OTR Tires can also sell their tires on their site, and a Google Merchant Centre integration to reach even more customers. The navigation was completely redone and reorganized using data and research to provide a better user experience. The homepage now includes code-driven animation, and a loading GIF (spinning tire) to the homepage without causing issues with page load times.
WordPress is the industry-standard platform when it comes to most any type of website, whether it’s an ecommerce site or not. Once built, the site is easy to maintain and edit by the company’s staff… even if they’ve never had any prior experience or knowledge of HTML.
