With 17+ years in business and 287+ permitted projects completed, Wynn wanted a website that matched the caliber of their work and brought their entire web presence under one dedicated partner.

Wynn Site Development had previously worked with TheeDigital on a related project, Carolina Stabilization, and wanted to bring all of their website production needs under one agency. Their prior web provider became unavailable after the person managing their site relocated out of the area, and Wynn was dealing with ongoing hosting problems along with access issues tied to their IT company.
Wynn needed a site that felt as professional and impressive as their reputation in the field. Beyond design, the site needed to work harder for them: ranking in Google, giving HR an outward-facing space to collect job applications, and functioning as an internal hub where employees could request vacation time, submit internal forms, and update tax information.
Hiring was a particular pain point. Wynn wanted every job posting to route to a single, streamlined application that field employees and contractors, many of whom never come into the office, could fill out from their phone in either English or Spanish, with submissions delivered straight to their email in PDF format.

Design of Custom WordPress Website
TheeDigital started with wireframes to map out Wynn’s homepage, project gallery, job postings, and employee portal before moving into design. From there, our design team built a fully custom look for the site, including a custom-designed About Us and Team slider to put a face to the company’s 50+ years of combined team experience.
Once designs were approved, our development team built the site on a custom WordPress foundation, with dedicated custom post types for Projects and Job Positions so Wynn’s team can easily add new work and openings without touching code.
