Bateman Civil Survey Company (BCSC) is a leading East Coast surveying firm offering services across boundary, topographical, land title, right-of-way, and construction surveying. Their existing website no longer reflected the caliber of their work, prompting a redesign to elevate their online presence.
BCSC partnered with TheeDigital to deliver a custom WordPress site featuring improved structure, updated service & project templates, CRM integration with Zoho, and dynamic job listings through TeamTailor.

Design of the WordPress Website

Behind the scenes, we connected their website forms directly to their Zoho CRM, so new leads automatically flow into their internal system.
The site also includes job listings through TeamTailor, allowing them to easily recruit for open positions by location. Launched on time and within budget, the project has laid a strong digital foundation for future marketing success.

BCSC needed a way to handle incoming project inquiries more efficiently, so we implemented a direct integration between their website’s contact forms and Zoho CRM using Gravity Forms. This automated connection ensures that all submissions are immediately routed to the appropriate internal team, cutting down on manual data entry and response delays.
By centralizing their lead data and streamlining communication workflows, the CRM integration supports faster follow-ups and helps the company capture more qualified business opportunities.
Location-Specific Job Listings
To support their growing team, we integrated TeamTailor software that automatically pulls in job openings and displays them dynamically on each location page. Whether a visitor is in Apex or another service area, they’re shown relevant job postings without the need for manual updates.
This integration simplifies recruiting across multiple locations and gives BCSC a scalable way to maintain an active, professional hiring presence that aligns with their broader business goals.
