Children’s Home Society of North Carolina (CHSNC) provides foster care, adoption, and family support statewide. As they grew, their website’s busy navigation and years of patches led to a redesign to improve user experience (UX) and usability.

With a rapidly growing staff and services, CHSNC needed a custom website that could better serve these audiences, manage events, and handle donations. Additionally, they needed ongoing support with SEO, analytics, a UX study, and HubSpot integration to enhance their marketing and outreach efforts.

TheeDigital conducted a comprehensive UX study, focusing on CHSNC’s three main personas—potential foster parents, donors, and partners. This study guided a complete restructuring of the site’s sitemap, menu, and pages to ensure smooth navigation for each user type. We custom-designed the homepage and 6+ interior landing pages and developed an event calendar to streamline event management.
We integrated HubSpot into CHSNC’s website to streamline lead tracking and automate workflows. This allowed CHSNC to efficiently manage and monitor interactions with prospective foster parents, donors, and partners. One of the key features was gatekeeping access to the section, where users could view adoption profiles. By connecting this area with HubSpot Enterprise, CHSNC could track user behavior, collect contact details, and follow up appropriately, enhancing their ability to connect with serious inquiries.
