Townhall had initially pulled together a quick website using Wix to get something in place while they worked on their software service. Before their service went live to the public, they would need to re-tool and get a fully-customized website in place. Townhall chose TheeDigital for their partner in this project.
TheeChallenge
Townhall had a limited, one-page website built when they came to TheeDigital. TheeDigital worked with Townhall to identify what pages they needed, where more content was needed, how to get connections set up to their external systems, and started in on the custom design process.
Their goal was to have an easy-to-navigate site that clearly established what their Townhall service was, and how to get signed up for it. We wanted to ensure there were interesting micro-animations in place for this tech-backed service as well. Last, getting people to sign up for notices for the service was of utmost importance and so we focused on ensuring a positive, engaging interface.

Mobile-Friendly Website
Townhall is a tech-first business, and so of course their website needed to be thumb-friendly for mobile users. TheeDigital ensured that all call-to-action buttons were usable for thumbs, the site scrolled properly with responsive text and images, and that it worked on not only mobile-devices, but tablets and any other computer.
Having a truly mobile friendly experience also improves Google search engine rankings, so the website is now more visible to potential businesses.
Micro-Animations
Micro-animations were an important feature for Townhall. As a tech-based business, they wanted to be sure to stand out from the crowds with fun and engaging animations. TheeDigital worked to introduce subtle, yet interesting animations to help encourage engagement and conversions.
From an animated hero image on the main screen of the homepage, to subtle animations further down to help illustrate the “cycle” of Townhall for feedback engagement – each helps to capture the users interest.
Curated Content
Townhall wanted to have an outside party review and help enhance their copywriting. They also wanted professionals in search engine optimization edit their copy and set the site up for success. TheeDigital helped to curate their content to be focused on the keywords they need to rank where they need to, and also lend an expert touch.
