North State Resurfacing has been building, resurfacing and repairing tennis, basketball and other sporting surfaces since 1990. They needed to improve their current, outdated website that wasn’t mobile responsive, that also needed to have the navigation organized.

TheeDigital met with Mike to get acclimated to his business and discover the shortcomings of the current website and discuss the goals for the new and improved site.

At the top of the list was creating a completely responsive Ecommerce site that would allow them to automate their sales process and follow the sale from start to finish and also make accounting easier for them.

The new website accomplished this and more, while also feature a beautifully design site that provides a smooth user experience to potential and returning clients.

As you can see at left, the old North State Resurfacing site was outdated, lacked any design, and contained an archaic navigation structure that was unorganized and difficult to navigate for both new and existing customers.

They desperately needed a new website that would convey their dedication to providing unparalleled experience in creating or resurfacing a quality activity surface.

The old site also offered no way to sell any of the many physical items they offer to their consumers.

Having a new site that could visually highlight their previous work and better organize their content would pay dividends in improving their conversion rates.
